摘要
目的:为叙事医学在药学服务中的应用提供参考,以推动药学服务的深入开展。方法:介绍叙事医学的概念及其在我国的发展,探讨其应用于药学服务的意义,探索提高药师叙事能力的方法。结果:叙事医学自2011年引入我国,主要应用于临床医学、护理学和中医学等领域,国内期刊尚无在药学服务中应用的相关论著。叙事医学应用于药学服务有助于药学工作向"以患者为中心"转型,提高药学服务的深度,培养药师人文素养,促进药患关系良性发展,树立药师良好的职业形象。结论:药师有必要学习了解叙事医学理论,并应用于临床实践,从而推动药学服务的发展。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the application of narrative medicine in pharmaceutical care in order to promote the in-depth development of pharmaceutical care.METHODS The concept of narrative medicine and its development in China were introduced;the significance of its application in pharmaceutical care was discussed,and the methods to improve the narrative ability of pharmacists were explored.RESULTS Narrative medicine has been introduced into China since 2011 and is mainly used in the fields of clinical medicine,nursing and traditional Chinese medicine.There is no relevant treatise on the application of narrative medicine in pharmaceutical care in domestic journals.The application of narrative medicine in pharmaceutical care is helpful for the transformation of pharmaceutical work to"patient-centered",improving the depth of pharmaceutical care,cultivating the humanistic literacy of pharmacists,promoting the benign development of the drug-patient relationship,and establishing a good professional image of pharmacists.CONCLUSION It is necessary for pharmacists to learn and understand the theory of narrative medicine and apply it in clinical practice,so as to promote the development of pharmaceutical care.
