摘要
目的探讨他汀类药物治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在华润辽健集团抚矿总医院心内科治疗的130例老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用他汀类药物(阿托伐他汀)治疗,比较两组的疗效、血脂指标变化、炎性因子水平变化及用药安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的TC、TG、LDL-C水平较对照组降低明显,HDL-C、APN水平较对照组升高明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的TNF-α、CRP、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见血常规、尿常规、血清电解质、血糖、肝功能、肾功能异常等不良反应(P>0.05)。结论他汀类药物治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效显著,能有效调节血脂水平,降低血管内皮的炎性反应,抑制动脉粥样硬化进展,且用药安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of statins in the treatment of senile coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020 in Fumine General Hospital,China Resources Liaojian Group for the treatment of 130 cases of senile patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,65 cases in each group.The control group using conventional drug treatment,the observat ion group using statins(atorvastatin)treatment on the basis of control group,compared two groups of curative eff ect,blood lipid and related index changes,infl ammatory factor levels and security.Results The total eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the observation group after treatment were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C and APN were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group after treatment were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no routine blood or urine routine in the two groups during treatment,serum electrolytes,blood sugar,liver function,renal function abnormalities and other adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Statins have signifi cant clinical eff ects in the treatment of elderly coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.They can eff ectively regulate blood lipid levels,reduce the infl ammatory response of vascular endothelium,inhibit the progression of atherosclerosis,and have high drug safety.
