摘要
目的:探讨美托洛尔联合缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院心内科治疗的重症心力衰竭老年患者126例进行研究,选取时间为2018年1月-2019年6月。根据随机数字表法将其分为A组(63例)与B组(63例)。A组给予地高辛、呋塞米及阿托伐他汀等药物治疗,B组在A组基础上给予美托洛尔联合缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组心功能改善情况及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,B组LVEF、LVESD及LVEDD水平改善情况均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗总有效率为92.1%,显著高于A组的68.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用美托洛尔联合缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭,可显著改善患者的心功能,提高临床效果,值得推荐。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Valsartan Hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly severe heart failure.Method:A total of 126 elderly patients with severe heart failure treated in the department of cardiology of our hospital were selected for the study.The selected time was from January 2018 to June 2019.They were divided into group A (63 cases) and group B (63 cases) according to the random number table method.Group A was treated with Digoxin,Furosemide and Atorvastatin.Group B was treated with Metoprolol combined with Valsartan Hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the group A.The improvement of cardiac function and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the improvement of LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD in group B were better than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 92.1%,which was significantly higher than 68.3% in group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with Valsartan Hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly with severe heart failure can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,improve the clinical effect,which is worthy of recommendation.
