摘要
制氢电解槽是水电解制氢装置的核心设备,直接影响产氢效率,并且在整个装置的制造成本中占据很大比例。如何设计符合要求的制氢电解槽是水电解制氢设备的关键。通过介绍碱性水溶液制氢电解槽的结构及工作原理,阐述极板、端压板的设计步骤,计算电解小室数量、总电流、总电压的设计参数,从而提供了较为系统的制氢电解槽设计方法。对于设计中所需注意的配合干涉、电解液走向、接电方式、电解液循环、主极板凸起密度5个问题,提出了参考意见。文章所提供的设计思路对中小型工业化制氢电解槽的设计具有重要指导作用。
The hydrogen production cell is the key of the water electrolysis hydrogen production devices,which directly affects the efficiency of production,and it also accounts for a large proportion of the manufacturing cost of the entire device.Designing a hydrogen production cell that meets the requirements is crucial to water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment.By introducing the structure and working principle of the alkaline aqueous hydrogen production electrolysis cell,the design steps of the electrode plate and the end plate were expounded,the design parameters of the number of electrolysis cells,the total current and the total voltage were calculated,this paper provided a systematic design method for the hydrogen production cell.For the five problems in the designing process,such as interference,electrolyte orientation,power connection mode,electrolyte circulation and main plate convex density,some suggestions were proposed.The designing ideas provided in this paper have an important guiding role in the design of small and medium-sized industrial hydrogen production electrolysis cells.
