一种新型保温材料在400kA电解槽的应用

摘要 通过某厂在电解槽技术升级改造过程中,从电解槽设计和高性能保温材料选取进行了对比试验,采用了新型丹麦高性能内衬保温材料代替常规保温材料,并从运行过程炉膛数据跟踪、控制稳定性和技术指标三方面进行了对比分析,丹麦高性能材料试验电解槽平均工作电压≤3.91 V、原铝交流电耗12625 kWh/t-Al,与常规材料相比降低100 kWh/t-Al,电解槽运行平稳,节能效果、经济效益显著。 The contrast test of the electrolytic cell design and selection of the high performance thermal insulation material is carried out during the upgrading and reconstruction of electrolytic cell technology in one plant;and the contrastive analysis of the following three aspects are carried out,which are,data tracking of hearth in operation,controlling stability and technical indicators,in the Denmark high performance material test,the average operating voltage of electrolytic cell≤3.91V,the AC power consumption of the original aluminum is 12625 kWh/t-Al,which reduce 100 kWh/t-Al compared with the conventional materials,the electrolytic cell operates smoothly,the energy saving results and the economic benefit is obviously.
