摘要 氢作为一种来源广泛、清洁无碳、灵活高效、应用场景丰富的二次能源,是推动传统化石能源清洁高效利用和支撑可再生能源大规模发展的理想互联媒介,也是实现交通运输、工业和建筑等领域大规模深度脱碳的最佳选择。随着全球氢能发展步入新一轮机遇期,国家引领、企业合作、产业协同已成为世界氢能发展的大趋势。新时代我国氢能产业要担负起引领产业转型升级和生态文明建设的双重使命。通过在京津冀地区开展氢能综合利用示范,打造氢气制取、储输、燃料电池全产业链体系,逐步培育氢能消费市场,有助于区域生态文明建设和优化经济结构,实现能源供给和消费革命。 As a secondary source with a wide range of sources, clean and carbon-free, flexible and efficient, and rich in application scenarios, hydrogen is an ideal interconnected medium to promote the clean and efficient use of traditional fossil energy and support the large-scale development of renewable energy. It is also best choice for largescale deep de-carbonization of transportation, industry and construction. With the development of global hydrogen energy entering a new round of opportunity, national guidance, enterprise cooperation, and industrial synergy have become the world’s hydrogen energy development trend. In the new era, Chinese hydrogen energy industry shoulder the dual mission of leading the transformation and upgrading of the industry and the construction of ecological civilization. Through the demonstration of comprehensive utilization of hydrogen energy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, we will build a complete industrial system for hydrogen production, storage, and fuel cells, and gradually cultivate a hydrogen energy consumption market, which will help regional ecological civilization construction, optimize economic structure, and achieve energy supply and consumption revolution.
