摘要
目的:研究消毒供应中心医疗器械消毒灭菌中使用标准化流程的效果。方法:本院消毒供应中心于2019年1月~2020年1月制定医疗器械消毒灭菌标准化流程,分别抽取消毒供应中心采用标准化流程前后(2017年12月~2018年12月和2019年1月~2020年1月)灭菌包5420个与5618个,并对其消毒灭菌合格情况与服务满意度进行对比分析。结果:标准化流程应用后,消毒灭菌合格率高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);标准化流程应用前后服务满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心运用标准化流程可行性高,有助于提高医疗器械消毒灭菌合格率,增加服务满意度。
Objective:To study the effect of using standardized processes in the disinfection and sterilization of medical devices in the disinfection supply center.Method:The disinfection supply center of this hospital formulated the standardization process for disinfection and sterilization of medical devices from January 2019 to January 2020.The disinfection supply centers were selected before and after the standardized process(December 2017 to December 2018 and January 2019 to January 2020)There are 5,420 and 5,618 sterilization packages,and a comparative analysis of their disinfection and sterilization qualifications and service satisfaction.Results:After the standardized process was applied,the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization was higher than that before the application,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of service satisfaction before and after the standardized process was applied,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of standardized processes in the disinfection supply center is highly feasible,which helps to increase the qualification rate of medical equipment disinfection and sterilization and increase service satisfaction.It is worth recommending.
