摘要
目的探讨标准化作业流程在消毒供应室质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取百色市妇幼保健院40例消毒供应室工作人员、10000件包装物作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2组(n=20),每组各5000件包装物,对照组予行传统护理流程,研究组在此基础上进行标准化作业流程,对比2组管理前后的质量、工作效率情况,服务满意度。结果2组管理前的护理缺陷率、物品清洗合格率、包装规范正确率、消毒灭菌合格率、发放环节合格率无显著差异,管理后均有所改善,且研究组护理缺陷率显著低于对照组,物品清洗合格率、包装规范正确率、消毒灭菌合格率、发放环节合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的责任心、主动性、专业知识水平、技能操作水平均显著低于研究组(P<0.05)。对照组服务满意度为85.0%,研究组为94.0%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准化作业流程在消毒供应室质量管理中的应用价值显著,不仅能有效改善器械物品的消毒质量,还能提高工作人员工作效率及服务满意度。
Objective To explore the application of standardized operation process in quality management of disinfection supply room.Methods 40 workers in disinfection supply room and 10,000 packages were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups(n=20)with 5000 packages in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing methods,while the research group was given standardized operation procedures,and the quality and work efficiency of the two groups were compared before and after management.Results There was no significant difference in nursing defect rate,cleaning qualified rate,packaging standard correct rate,sterilization qualified rate and distribution qualified rate between the two groups before management,but all improved after management.The nursing defect rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the cleaning qualified rate,packaging standard correct rate,sterilization qualified rate and distribution qualified rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The control group's sense of responsibility,initiative,professional knowledge level and skill operation level were significantly lower than those of the study group(P<0.05).The service satisfaction of the control group was 85.0%,while that of the study group was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of standardized operation process in the quality management of disinfection supply room is significant,which can not only effectively improve the disinfection quality of equipment and articles,but also improve the work efficiency and service satisfaction of staff.
