硅橡胶表面附着水珠电场分布与闪络特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 淋雨或毛毛雨条件下,水珠的附着状态和分布情况对电场有很大的影响,绝缘材料表面会发生放电。为了研究硅橡胶表面附着水珠后的电场分布与闪络特性,首先通过试验测试硅橡胶表面附着水珠后的闪络特性,然后通过有限元电场仿真进行验证分析。结果表明,沿面闪络电压随着水珠体积的增大而降低,随着硅橡胶憎水性能的下降而逐渐降低;水珠在交变电场作用下会发生形变;水珠、空气和硅橡胶三相界面电场会发生畸变;闪络电压的大小随着水珠长度的增大而降低。 Under the environment of rain or drizzle,the adhesion and distribution of water droplets have a great influence on the electric field,and the surface of insulating materials will discharge.In order to study the electric field distribution and flashover characteristics of water droplets on the surface of silicone rubber,firstly,the flashover characteristics of water droplets on the surface of silicone rubber were tested by experiments,and then verified and analyzed by finite element electric field simulation.The results showed that the surface flashover voltage decreased with the increase of water droplet volume,but decreased with the decrease of hydrophobicity of silicone rubber,and the water droplet deforms under the action of alternating electric field.Under the action of alternating electric field,the water drop would deform.The electric field at the interface of water drop,air and silicone rubber would deform and the flashover voltage would decrease with the increase of water drop length.
