摘要
采用自制的玻璃纤维增强酚醛树酯预浸料作为面板原材料,通过热压成型制备了某型号Nomex蜂窝夹层结构货舱地板。系统评价了该地板的力学性能和阻燃性能,分析了预浸料类型、固化温度、成型工艺对蜂窝板力学性能的影响,研究了蜂窝板阻燃性能的影响因素。结果表明,采用自制预浸料制备的货舱地板力学性能优异,长梁弯曲极限载荷可达4348 N,载荷445 N时的挠度仅为6.79 mm,冲击性能可达17.1 J,滚筒剥离强度可达66.4N·mm/mm,同时满足严格的阻燃要求,可实现飞机散装货舱区地板材料的国产化替代。
A self-made glass fiber reinforced phenolic resin prepreg was used as the panel material,and a type of Nomex honeycomb sandwich cargo floor panel was prepared by hot pressing.The mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the floor panel were systematically evaluated.The effects of prepreg type,curing temperature and molding process on the mechanical properties were analyzed,and the factors affecting the flame retardancy were studied.The results show that the floor panel made of the self-made prepreg has excellent mechanical properties:the ultimate load of long beam bending can reach 4348 N,the deflection at 445 N is only 6.79 mm;the impact performance can reach 17.1 J;the climbing drum peel strength can reach66.4 N-mm/mm.The floor panel also meets strict flame-retardant requirements,it can realize the localized substitution of floor panel in the bulk cargo area of aircraft.
