舷顶列板兼做拦油扁钢的可行性

Feasibility of Extending Sheer Strake as Gutter Bar

摘要 为研究舷顶列板兼做油船货舱区拦油扁钢的可行性,考察该结构形式对船体梁顶部剖面模数的影响,评估拦油扁钢的细网格应力。结果表明,甲板、舷顶列板和双壳强框三者相交处存在应力集中现象,导致拦油扁钢在此交点处的应力较大。分别基于平衡分岔失稳理论和极值点失稳理论计算拦油扁钢的弹性临界应力和极限屈曲应力,并给出拦油扁钢的极限屈曲应力曲线。在此基础上,考察拦油扁钢的疲劳寿命。从4个方面对舷顶列板兼做油船货舱区拦油扁钢的可行性进行论证,结果表明舷顶列板兼做拦油扁钢是可行的,但应注意避免舷顶列板的顶部存在豁口等结构缺陷。 To study the feasibility of extending the sheer strake in cargo area of oil tankers as gutter bar, the impact on the section modulus at the hull girder upper part is considered. And the fine mesh stress of the gutter bar is evaluated. The result shows that there is stress concentration at the intersection of upper deck, sheer strake and the vertical web in wing ballast tank, which resulting in high stress of the gutter bar. The elastic critical stress and ultimate buckling stress of the gutter bar are calculated according to the bifurcation buckling theory and the extreme point instability theory separately and the curve about the ultimate buckling stress is plotted for reference. On the basis, the fatigue strength is evaluated. The result from four perspectives shows the gutter bar could be part of the sheer strake whose top should be free from cracks or notches.
