摘要
设计了热塑性树脂与纳米粒子协同阻燃多级增韧的环氧树脂610BG,并制备了碳纤维增强热熔预浸料T700/610BG,通过热压罐压力和真空压力成型工艺制备了碳纤维增强复合材料并对其力学性能和阻燃性能进行了评价。结果表明:复合材料力学性能优异,韧性突出,冲击后压缩强度高达248MPa,燃烧产物中不含卤素,低烟低毒、阻燃性能突出,满足欧洲标准EN45545-2的HL2阻燃等级要求。
A multi-layer toughened halogen-free flame-retardant epoxy resin 610 BG was designed by synergistic the thermoplastic resin and phospho-silicon nanoparticle,and the hot-melt prepreg T700/610 BG was prepared.Carbon fiber reinforced composites were prepared through autoclave and vacuum bag only forming process,and mechanical properties and flame-retardant properties were evaluated.Results shown that the composites had excellent mechanical properties,as well as outstanding toughness.The compressive strength after impact was as high as 248 MPa.No halogen elements were found in the combustion products.The composites shown outstanding flame-retardant performance of low smoke and low toxicity,and met the requirements of grade HL2 of the European standard EN45545-2.
