摘要
现代电站控制系统正逐渐向数字化、智能化方向发展。HART协议的通信方式具有可靠性高、传输数据量大等优点。基于HART协议的智能仪表正越来越广泛地应用于自动化控制领域,如核电站控制、火电站控制、燃气轮机控制等。针对现有以硬件方式实现HART通信功能存在系统复杂性高、经济性与通用性差等问题,提出了一种基于有限状态机的软件设计方法实现AI/AO模块的HART通信功能。采用软状态机的轮转逻辑设计实现HART协议的主从站切换和主站配置,通过接收状态函数和HART报文切换的逻辑设计完成多路HART从站应答。HART通信软件实现方法具有无需更改AI/AO模块硬件设计的特点,其应用前景十分广泛。测试结果验证了方案的有效性。
The control system of modern power plants is gradually developing into digital and smart. HART protocol has the advantages of high reliability and huge data. Smart instruments based on the HART protocol are increasingly widely used in many modern industries,including atomic power plants,gas-turbine power plants and coal-fired power plants. In order to overcome the disadvantages of the existing solutions that rely on hardware devices not only increase the complexity of the system,but also reduce the economy and versatility of the product applications,a software design method based on finite state machine is proposed to realize the HART communication for AI/AO module. The master/slave switching and primary/secondary master configuration were realized via switching logic of the soft state machine. The multiplex communication with the HART slaves was completed through the function of receiver and HART message scheduling algorithm. Based on the application of this method,it is unnecessary to change the hardware architecture of AI/AO module. Thus,this method can be widely used in the field of industry and process control. The test results verify the effectiveness of the method.
