全范围模拟机对核电站控制优化前的验证与预演 被引量:3

摘要 随着对核电机组安全性与经济性要求的提高,对核电站控制系统的优化升级变得更加频繁。使用国际通用的RELAP5-3D程序模拟了反应堆堆芯物理及热工水力,使用仿真平台软件GENUS及其搭载的流网分析程序和虚拟DCS模拟了工艺系统及其控制逻辑,建立了基于机理模型的全范围模拟机,分析了实际机组在控制优化实施过程中发生的运行事件,证明了在优化实施之前使用全范围模拟机进行验证与预演的必要性和正确性,并探讨了验证与预演的实施方案。 With the improvement of the safety and economic requirements of nuclear power plants,the optimization and upgrading of the control system of nuclear power plants has become more frequent.In this paper,the full scope simulator(FSS)is developed base on mechanical model,in which internationally popular RELAP5-3D program is used to simulate neutronic and thermal hydraulic model;the simulation platform software GENUS with its flow network analysis program and virtual DCS are used to simulate the process systems and their control logic.One typical operational event of power plant during control optimization is analyzed to prove the necessity and correctness of the verification and rehearsal using FSS before the actual unit transformation.The implementation of verification and rehearsal is discussed in this paper as a conclusion.
