摘要
“互联网+”已成为设计、生产、管理等领域的重要手段和创新要素。大数据、物联网、云计算、人工智能等新技术已逐渐应用于水利行业。基于全面感知技术,结合工程实际,介绍水利枢纽搭建气象、水(雨)情、安全监测、水资源、设备状态等多元化信息的自动化和智能化采集网,统一数据资源、数据挖掘与融合,构建全方位应用,实现水利信息数据采集、处理、应用并形成从采集到应用的全过程,重点分析研究“互联网+”技术在大型水利枢纽中的先进应用技术,并对有关技术的应用效果进行总结评价,为国内大型水利枢纽进行“互联网+现代水利”信息化建设提供参考。
“Internet +” has become an important means and an innovative element in the fields of design, production and management. New technologies such as big data, internet of things, cloud computing and artificial intelligence have been gradually applied in the water conservancy industry. Based on the comprehensive perception technology, combining with the engineering practice, this paper introduces diversified information automation, intelligence gathering network such as meteorological information, water (rain) information, safety monitoring, water resources, state of equipment of water conservancy projects, unifies data resources, data mining and integration, builds allround application, achieves water conservancy information data acquisition, processing, application and forms the whole process from acquisition to application, focus on analysis and study of “internet +” technology in large water conservancy hub advanced application technology, and summarizes the application effect of the related technical evaluation, to provide the reference for domestic large water conservancy hub “internet + modern water conservancy” informatization construction.
