摘要 全生命周期管理模式的核心是实现设备管理系统化、规范化和信息化的动态管理过程。以充分发挥使用效益为目标,在明确设备管理主体的基础上,将设备管理过程规范为申请立项、论证审批、招标采购、验收上账、使用维修、效益考核、调剂调拨和报废处置共8个环节,40个节点,提取9项主要指标形成标准信息,并通过完善管理制度和加强信息化建设,构建了切合实际的设备全生命周期管理模式。 The core of the whole life cycle management mode is to realize the dynamic process of the systematization,standardization and informationization of the equipment management.By giving full play to the utilization efficiency as the goal and on the basis of defining the main body of equipment management,the process of equipment management is standardized as eight links and forty nodes such as the application for project establishment,verification and approval,bidding and procurement,acceptance and making an entry in the account book,utilization and maintenance,benefit assessment,dispatch and disposal of the scrap,from which nine main indicators are extracted to form the standard information.Through improving the management system and strengthening the information construction,the practical equipment whole life cycle management mode is established.
