摘要
目的:分析226例产妇产后保健检查的结果,通过了解产妇产后情况,制定更加健康科学的策略,以提高产后保健水平。方法:选取2018年1-11月进行保健检查产妇226例,其中剖宫产产妇113例,自然分娩产妇113例。在产后对产妇进行1~2次产后访视保健,并在6~8周对产妇进行健康检查,并检查产妇出现产后子宫复位不良、生殖道炎症、乳汁分泌不足及盆底肌损伤等情况。结果:产后产妇出现产后子宫复旧不良、生殖道炎症、乳汁分泌不足以及盆底肌损伤等情况比较常见。剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌不足发生率明显高于自然分娩产妇,但生殖道炎症发生率明显低于自然分娩产妇,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇产后保健检查对于孕妇产后疾病筛查具有十分重要的意义,是产妇产后保健的重要组成部分。
Objective:The results of 226 cases of postpartum health examination were analyzed,through understanding the postpartum situation of puerpera,we formulated more healthy and scientific strategies to improve the level of postpartum health care.Methods:226 cases of maternal health examination from January to November 2018 were selected,including 113 cases of cesarean section and 113 cases of natural delivery.After delivery,the puerpera was given 1 to 2 times of postpartum visit and health examination was carried out in 6 to 8 weeks,and we examined the postpartum uterine repositioning,genital tract inflammation,insufficient milk secretion and pelvic floor muscle injury.Results:Postpartum women with postpartum uterine involution,genital tract inflammation,insufficient milk secretion and pelvic floor muscle injury were relatively common.In cesarean section parturient,the incidence of insufficient milk secretion was significantly higher than that of natural childbirth parturient,but the incidence of genital tract inflammation was significantly lower than that of natural childbirth parturient,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maternal postpartum health examination is of great significance for the screening of postpartum diseases,and is an important part of maternal postpartum health care.
