摘要
目的调查广州市南沙区鱼窝头片区妇女对宫颈癌的认知、态度及行为,为广东省宫颈癌防治工作提供健康教育干预基础及决策依据。方法以覆盖广州市南沙区为原则,随机抽取鱼窝头片区700例适龄妇女为调查对象,采用自拟调查问卷表对其进行调查,主要包括一般人口学特征及对宫颈癌的认知、态度、行为,并分析调查结果。结果共发放问卷700份,实际有效问卷为680份,有效回收率为97.1%;鱼窝头片区妇女对宫颈癌的认知、态度、行为评分普遍较低,且受年龄、文化程度、婚姻状态、宫颈癌筛查史、宫颈癌家族史影响,36~45岁高中及以上学历且有宫颈癌筛查史及宫颈癌家族史的已婚女性对宫颈癌的认知、态度、行为评分相对较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论广州市南沙区鱼窝头片区宫颈癌妇女对宫颈癌筛查的认知、行为及态度均较差,且易受年龄、文化程度等影响,各部门需采取针对性健康教育措施提高其宫颈癌筛查的参与度与依从性。
Objective To survey Nansha District,Guangzhou City,Yu Wo area women for cervical cancer knowledge, attitudes and behavior,Guangdong Province cervical cancer prevention and control work to provide health education intervention based and decision support.Methods Nansha District,Guangzhou City,covering the principle of,randomly selected yuwotou area 700 cases of aged women as the research object,using self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the,mainly including general demographic characteristics and on cervical cancer of cognition, attitude and behavior,and analysis of the survey results.Results Issued a total of 700 questionnaires,the effective questionnaire for 680,the effective recovery rate was 97.1%;Yu Wo tou area women for cervical cancer awareness, attitude,behavior score is generally low and affected by age,culture degree,marital status,cervical cancer screening history,cervical cancer family history,36 to 45 years old,high school and above record of formal schooling and married women with cervical cancer screening history and cervical cancer family history of cervical cancer awareness,attitude, behavior score is relatively high, differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Guangzhou,Nansha District, yuwotou area of cervical cancer in women for cervical cancer screening of cognition,attitude and behavior of the poor and vulnerable to age,culture level,the various departments need to take to increase for the cervical cancer screening participation and compliance.
