摘要 某厂600MW超临界直流炉长期低负荷运行,吹灰器投运情况较差,燃用煤质与设计煤质相比变化较大,热值下降15%,灰分大幅度升高。通过燃烧调整试验,进一步提升优化了机组的运行状况,锅炉两侧过热汽温偏差消除,垂直水冷壁超温得到控制,机组运行过热度可以在18℃以上长时间运行,低温过热器出口汽温偏差明显减小,运行状况基本正常,不同磨煤机组合运行时两侧过热蒸汽温度均未出现大幅偏差。 A 600 MW supercritical once through boiler has been running at low load for a long time,and the soot blower is in poor operation condition.The quality of coal used varies greatly compared with the designed coal quality,the calorific value decreases by 15%,and the ash content increases greatly.Through the combustion adjustment test,the operation status of the unit was further improved and optimized.The superheated steam temperature deviation on both sides of the boiler was eliminated,and the vertical water wall overtemperature was controlled.The superheat degree of the unit could be operated for a long time above 18℃.The steam temperature deviation at the outlet of the low-temperature superheater was significantly reduced,and the operation condition was basically normal.The superheated steam temperature on both sides did not come out during the operation of different combinations of coal mills There is a big deviation.
