摘要
锅炉结焦是燃煤发电机组锅炉运行中比较普遍的现象。它会破坏正常燃烧工况,减少锅炉出力;破坏正常水循环,造成爆管事故;严重时还会使炉腔出口堵塞而被迫停炉。通过对某锅炉结焦情况的分析,提出防止结焦的应对措施。利用锅炉燃烧优化调整试验有效解决锅炉结焦问题。
Boiler coking that occurs often in the operation of the boiler of thermal power plants could disrupt the normal combustion that reduces the boiler output and interrupt the normal water circulation that causes the pipeline breakage,and in the worse condition,could clog the boiler exit to stop the boiler.Based on the analysis of the boiler coking situation,a solution comes up to prevent coking.The boiler coking problem have been solved effectively by the tests to optimize and adjust the combustion.
