摘要
对某锅炉再热汽温偏低、低再受热面磨损严重进行分析,得出实际燃用煤质偏离设计煤质大、屏式过热器吸热比例大是造成再热汽温偏低的重要因素,通过减少屏式过热器换热面积,重新分配各受热面吸热比例,取得了预期的改造效果。
The low reheat steam temperature and serious wear on low-temperature reheater pipes of a boiler is analyzed.It is concluded that the serious deviation designing coal quality and the large heat absorption ratio of platen superheater are the important factors that cause the low reheated steam temperature.By reducing the heat exchange area of the platen superheater and redistributing the heat absorption fraction of each heat receiving surface,obtained the expected effect.
