摘要
针对合肥电厂4号锅炉再热汽温偏低,排烟温度过高的问题,确定了在转向室增加再热器受热面的改造方案,根据现锅炉的运行资料,通过热力计算,确定了合适的计算、传热系数等,增加有效受热面积约1076m2,能有效地提高再热汽温和降低排烟温度。
Because the reheat temperature is lower and the stack gas temperature is higher in Hefei Station No.4 Boiler, a retrofitting project is put forward to increase reheat heat transfer surface. According to the operating data, the overall heat transfer coefficient, the fouling resistance are determined.
