摘要
本试验旨在研究饲料蛋白质水平对变态阶段黑斑蛙蝌蚪的生长指标、饲料利用、消化酶活性、氨基酸代谢酶活性和抗氧化能力的影响,初步探索变态阶段黑斑蛙蝌蚪的适宜饲料蛋白质水平。选用发育阶段为30期、平均体重为0.43 g的黑斑蛙蝌蚪450只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只。各组分别饲喂蛋白质水平为25%、30%、35%、40%、45%的等脂等能试验饲料,饲喂至46期(尾部完全吸收)结束。结果显示:1)40%、45%蛋白质水平组的终末体重、增重率(WGR)、特定生长率、饲料效率(FE)显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),25%蛋白质水平组的蛋白质效率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。对WGR和FE进行回归分析得出,饲料蛋白质水平为42.21%时WGR最高,饲料蛋白质水平为41.81%时FE最高。2)25%蛋白质水平组肠道淀粉酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),40%蛋白质水平组肠道胰肠道蛋白酶活性显著高于25%、30%、35%蛋白质水平组(P<0.05)。3)45%蛋白质水平组肝脏中谷丙转氨酶和肌肉中腺苷酸脱氨酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。4)40%蛋白质水平组肝脏过氧化氢酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),35%蛋白质水平组肝脏总抗氧化能力显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),35%蛋白质水平组肝脏丙二醛含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,饲料蛋白质水平对变态阶段黑斑蛙蝌蚪的生长指标、饲料利用、消化酶活性、氨基酸代谢酶活性和抗氧化能力均有影响,适宜饲料蛋白质水平为41.81%~42.21%。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary protein level on growth indexes,feed utilization,digestive enzyme activities,amino acid metabolic enzyme activities and antioxidant ability of Pelophylax nigromaculatus tadpoles in metamorphosis stage,so as to preliminarily explore the appropriate dietary protein level. A total of 450 Pelophylax nigromaculatus tadpoles at 30 stages of development with an average body weight of 0.43 g were selected. The tadpoles were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 30 tadpoles in each replicate. Five iso-lipidemic and iso-energetic experimental diets with protein levels of 25%,30%,35%,40% and 45% were fed to the 5 groups until the end of stage 46(complete absorption of the tail). The results showed as follows:1)the final body weight,weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate,feed efficiency(FE)of 40% and 45% protein level groups were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),and the protein efficiency ratio of 25% protein level group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). The regression analysis of WGR and FE showed that the WGR got the highest when dietary protein level was 42.21%,and the FE got the highest when dietary protein level was41.81%. 2)The intestinal amylase activity of 25% protein level group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the intestinal trypsin activity of 40% protein level group was significantly higher than that of 25%,30% and 35% protein level groups(P<0.05). 3)The activities of alanine aminotransferase in liver and adenylate deaminase in muscle of 45% protein level group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05). 4)The liver catalase activity of 40% protein level group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),the liver total antioxidant capacity of 35% protein level group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the liver malondialdehyde content of 35% protein level group was significantly
