饲料蛋白质水平对太湖鲂鲌幼鱼生长性能、体组成和消化酶活性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲料蛋白质水平对太湖鲂鲌幼鱼生长性能、体组成和消化酶活性的影响,以确定太湖鲂鲌幼鱼饲料的适宜蛋白质水平。配制蛋白质水平分别为33%(D33)、36%(D36)、39%(D39)、42%(D42)、45%(D45)、48%(D48)的6种等能实用试验饲料,投喂6组(每组3个重复,每个重复60尾)平均初始体重为1.22 g的太湖鲂鲌幼鱼8周。结果显示:饲料蛋白质水平对试验鱼的成活率无显著影响(P>0.05);饲料蛋白质水平从33%升高到42%,增重率和饲料效率均显著提高(P<0.05),但进一步提高饲料蛋白质水平,增重率和饲料效率不再有显著变化(P>0.05)。D45和D48组试验鱼全鱼水分含量显著高于其余各组(P<0.05),而全鱼粗脂肪含量(yL)与饲料蛋白质水平(x)呈负相关(yL=-0.15x+15.78,R^2=0.654,P<0.001)。D33组试验鱼的肥满度显著低于其余各组(P<0.05);试验鱼的脏体指数随饲料蛋白质水平的升高而呈下降趋势。饲料蛋白质水平对肝脏蛋白酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05);肠道蛋白酶活性随饲料蛋白质水平的升高先不断提高,但当饲料蛋白质水平超过42%后则不再有显著变化(P>0.05);肝脏淀粉酶活性随着饲料蛋白质水平的升高先逐渐升高然后逐渐下降,在D42组有最高值,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);肠道淀粉酶活性(yA)与饲料蛋白质水平(x)呈负相关(yA=-1.73x+99.53,R^2=0.997,P<0.001)。综上可知,在本试验条件下,饲料蛋白质水平影响太湖鲂鲌幼鱼的消化酶活性和饲料利用,从而影响其生长性能和体组成。以增重率和饲料效率为指标,经折线模型回归分析确定太湖鲂鲌幼鱼饲料适宜蛋白质水平为占饲料干物质的42.9%~43.8%。 This experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of dietary protein level on growth perform ance, body composition and digestive enzyme activities of juvenile hybrid of Culter alburnus (♀)×Megalo brama terminalis (♂), in order to determine the optimal dietary protein level. Six iso energetic practical experi mental diets with protein levels of 33% (D33), 36% (D36), 39% (D39), 42% (D42), 45% (D45) and 48% (D48) were fed to 6 groups (each group had 3 replicates and each replicate had 60 fish) of fish (initial average body weight of 1.22 g) for 8 weeks. The results showed as follows: dietary protein level did not sig nificantly affect the survival rate (P>0.05). Weight gain rate and feed efficiency were significantly increased with dietary protein level increased from 33% to 42% (P<0.05), but was not changed significantly with fur ther increasing dietary protein level (P>0.05). Whole body moisture content in D45 and D48 groups were sig nificantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.05), and there was a negative correlation between whole body crudelipidcontent(yL)anddietaryproteinlevel(x)(yL=-0.15x+15.78,R^2=0.654,P<0.001).Condition factor in D33 group was significantly lower than that in other groups (P<0.05). The vicera somatic index ten ded to decrease with the dietary protein level increasing. Dietary protein level did not significantly affect the liv er protease activity (P>0.05). Gut protease activity was constantly increased with dietary protein level increas ing, but when dietary protein level exceeded 42%, the gut protease activity had no significant change (P> 0.05). Liver amylase activity was firstly increased and the decreased with dietary protein level increase, and the highest value was found in D42 group.
