摘要
本试验通过在饲料中添加不同水平的N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG),研究其对花鲈生长性能、形体指标和血浆生化指标的影响,以确定NCG在花鲈饲料中的适宜添加水平。在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照)、120、240、360、480、720 mg/kg的NCG,制成6种试验饲料,分别命名为N0、N120、N240、N360、N480和N720,饲喂平均初始体重为(11.67±0.02)g的花鲈10周。每种试验饲料投喂6个养殖桶(重复),每个养殖桶放养30尾花鲈。结果表明:各组之间终末均重、增重率、脂肪沉积率、特定生长率、脏体比和肝体比无显著差异(P>0.05)。N240组花鲈具有最高的蛋白质沉积率和最低的腹脂率,其蛋白质沉积率显著高于除N360组外的其他各组(P<0.05),腹脂率显著低于N480组(P<0.05)。肝脏脂肪含量在N360组最低,显著低于N0组和N120组(P<0.05)。血浆葡萄糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量以及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。N120组血浆尿素氮含量显著低于N0组、N480组和N720组(P<0.05)。N120组血浆甘油三酯含量显著低于N0组和N360组(P<0.05)。N240组血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著高于N360组和N720组(P<0.05)。血浆一氧化氮含量以N360组最高,显著高于N480组(P<0.05)。由上述结果可知,在花鲈饲料中添加适量NCG能够促进鱼体蛋白质沉积,降低腹腔和肝脏脂肪蓄积,改善蛋白质和脂肪代谢。分别以蛋白质沉积率、腹脂率为指标,通过折线模型分析得出,花鲈蛋白质沉积率最高时NCG添加水平为219.2 mg/kg,腹脂率最低时NCG添加水平为214.3 mg/kg。综合考虑得出,花鲈饲料中的NCG适宜添加水平为214.3~219.2 mg/kg。
A 10-week growth trial was to determine the effects of different supplemental levels of N-carbamylglutamate(NCG)in the diet on growth performance,morphometric parameters and plasma biochemical parameters of Japanese seabass(Lateolabrax japonocus),and to determine the optimum requirement of NCG for Japanese seabass.Six experimental diets were designed with NCG supplement levels of 0(N0),120(N120),240(N240),360(N360),480(N480)and 720 mg/kg(N720),respectively.Each diet was fed to 6 replicates with 30 Japanese seabass[initial body weight=(11.67±0.02)g]in each replicate.The results showed that no significant differences in final body weight(FBW),weight gain rate(WGR),fat retention ratio(FRR),special growth rate(SGR),viscerasomatic index(VSI)and hepatosomatic index(HSI)were observed among groups(P>0.05).The N240 group had the highest protein retention ratio(PRR)and the lowest abdominal fat percentage(AFP),and the PRR was significantly higher than that in the groups except N360 group(P<0.05),while the AFP was significantly lower than that in the N480 group(P<0.05).Hepatic fat content was the lowest in the N360 group,which was significantly lower than that in the N0 and N120 groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in plasma glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C)contents and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activities(P>0.05).Plasma urea nitrogen(UN)content in the N120 group was significantly lower than that in the N0,N480 and N720 groups(P<0.05).Plasma triglyceride(TG)content in the N120 group was significantly lower than that in the N0 and N360 groups(P<0.05).Plasma high density lipoprotein cholesterin(HDL-C)content in the N240 group was significantly higher than that in the N360 and N720 groups(P<0.05).Plasma nitric oxide(NO)content was the highest in the N360 group which was significantly higher than that in the N480 group(P<0.05).The results indicate that appropriate dietary NCG supplementation can promote the protein retention,decrease
