摘要
本试验旨在探究补喂L-精氨酸或N-氨甲酰谷氨酸对伊犁马运动性能和血浆生化指标的影响。选取15匹年龄为2岁、体重[(388.88±23.24) kg]相近并经过严格训练的速度赛用伊犁马,分为3组,每组5匹(3♂+2♀),每日进行等强度训练。对照组补喂L-丙氨酸,试验Ⅰ组补喂L-精氨酸,试验Ⅱ组补喂N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,进行为期4周的试验。在试验第28天进行3 600 m速度赛,并采集血液样品。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组试验初始和试验第28天时的3 600 m速度赛平均速度差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组血浆一氧化氮含量分别较对照组升高了27.53%(P<0.01)、18.10%(P<0.01),且试验Ⅰ组较试验Ⅱ组升高了7.99%(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组血浆氨含量分别较对照组降低了25.44%(P<0.01)、14.04%(P<0.01),且试验Ⅰ组较试验Ⅱ组降低了13.27%(P<0.01);血浆5-羟色胺、葡萄糖、丙酮酸含量各组间无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组血浆乳酸含量极显著降低(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组则无显著变化(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组血浆过氧化氢酶活性分别较对照组升高了24.00%(P<0.01)、21.33%(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组血浆抗羟基自由基能力分别较对照组升高了5.48%(P<0.05)、8.47%(P<0.05)。因此,补喂L-精氨酸或N-氨甲酰谷氨酸均可提高伊利马血浆一氧化氮含量和抗氧化能力,降低血浆氨含量,且补喂L-精氨酸还能够降低伊犁马血浆乳酸含量,但二者对伊犁马3 600 m速度赛的平均速度无显著影响。L-精氨酸、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸可作为营养调控剂,用于缓解运动马运动疲劳或促进运动后的疲劳恢复。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of supplemented with L-arginine or N-carbamylglutamate on athletic performance and plasma biochemical indexes of Yili horses. Fifteen Yili horses with similar body weight [( 388.88±23.24) kg] and aged 2 years old,were divided into 3 groups with 5 horses( 3 ♂+2♀) in each group,and all horses were trained according to the same training intensity every day. Horses in control group were supplemented with L-alanine,horses in trial group Ⅰ were supplemented with L-arginine,and horses in trial group Ⅱ were supplemented with N-carbamyleglutamate. The trial was lasted for 4 weeks.The 3 600 m speed race was conducted and blood samples were collected at the 28 th day of trial. The results showed as follows: compared with control group,the average speed of the 36 00 m speed race on initial and day 28 th of trial in trial groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no significant difference( P>0.05). Plasma nitric oxide content in trial groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was increased by 27.53%( P<0.01) and 18.10%( P<0.01) compared with control group,respectively,and it in trial group Ⅰ was increased by 7.99% compared with trial group Ⅱ( P<0.01).The plasma ammonia content in trial groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was decreased by 25.44%( P<0.01) and 14.04%( P<0.01) compared with control group,respectively,and it in trial group Ⅰ was decreased by 13.27% compared with trial group Ⅱ( P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference in plasma 5-hydroxy tryptamine,glucose and pyruvic acid contents among groups( P > 0. 05). Compared with control group,plasma lactate content in trial group Ⅰ was significantly decreased( P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in trial group Ⅱ( P>0.05). Compared with control group,plasma catalase activity in trial groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was increased by24.00%( P< 0. 01) and 21. 33%( P < 0. 01),respectively,and plasma hydroxyl radical resistance in trial in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was increased by 5.48%( P<0.05) and 8.47%( P<0.05),respectively.
