日粮淀粉结构对罗非鱼生长、饲料利用及血液代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章旨在探讨日粮直链与支链淀粉比值对罗非鱼生长性能、养分消化率及血液代谢的影响。实验将平均初始体重(9.8±0.38)g的600条罗非鱼随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复30条。各组分别饲喂直链与支链淀粉比值为0.12、0.24、0.36、0.48和0.60的日粮,试验共进行42 d。结果:直链淀粉与支链淀粉比例为0.24时罗非鱼的体重较0.36、0.48和0.60分别显著提高20.51%、28.42%和30.80%(P<0.05),同时增重分别显著提高24.47%、34.48%和37.52%(P<0.05)。直链与支链淀粉比值为0.24时,肠道蛋白酶活性表现最高(P<0.05),而比值为0.12时脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性最高(P<0.05)。直链与支链淀粉比值为0.48和0.60时,肝糖原浓度较其他组分别显著提高39.97%、73.24%、80.55%和39.12%、72.18%、79.45%(P<0.05)。日粮处理对罗非鱼机体成分无显著影响(P>0.05)。本研究结果表明,增重率、饲料效率、蛋白质效率、淀粉消化率、肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性与日粮直链与支链淀粉比值呈负相关关系。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the ratio of amylose to amylopectin on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility and blood metabolism of tilapia.600 tilapia with an average initial weight of(9.8±0.38)g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 30 replicates in each group.Each group was fed a diet with amylose to amylopectin ratios of 0.12,0.24,0.36,0.48 and 0.60,and the experiment was conducted for 42 days.Results:when the ratio of amylose to amylopectin was 0.24,the body weight of tilapia increased by 20.51%,28.42%and 30.80%,respectively,compared with that of 0.36,0.48 and 0.60(P<0.05),and the weight gain increased by 24.47%,34.48%and 37.52%,respectively(P<0.05).When the ratio of amylose to amylopectin was 0.24,the intestinal protease activity was the highest(P<0.05),and when the ratio was 0.12,the activity of lipase and amylase was the highest(P<0.05).When the ratio of amylose to amylopectin was 0.48 and 0.60,the liver glycogen concentration increased by 39.97%,73.24%,80.55%and 39.12%,72.18%and 79.45%,respectively,compared with other groups(P<0.05).Dietary treatment had no significant effect on the body composition of tilapia(P>0.05).Conclusion:the results of this study showed that weight gain rate,feed efficiency,protein efficiency,starch digestibility,intestinal protease,lipase and amylase activity were negatively correlated with the ratio of amylose to amylopectin.
