大豆浓缩蛋白替代部分红鱼粉在黄颡鱼成鱼饲料中应用的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对照试验,验证大豆浓缩蛋白替代一定比例的红鱼粉在黄颡鱼成鱼中应用的可行性。试验设计3组等氮等脂饲料,大豆浓缩蛋白替代红鱼粉水平分别为0、28.5%和57.0%,同时在替代组中添加2%的鱿鱼膏作为诱食剂。选取初始体重为(56.0±0.2)g的黄颡鱼成鱼360尾,随机分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,进行为期8周的养殖试验。结果表明,替代组成活率、增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率、饲料效率、体组成及形体指标与对照组差异不具有统计学意义( P >0.05)。由此得出,在本试验条件下,用大豆浓缩蛋白替代部分红鱼粉应用于黄颡鱼成鱼饲料中是可行的。 The feasibility were verified by comparative experiments to replacing a certain proportion of red fish powder with soybean protein concentrate in the application of adult Yellow Catfish.Three iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipid diets were formulated to contain different levels of soybean protein concentrate replacing red fish meal,which were 0,28.5%,57.0% respectively.At the same time,2% squid paste was added as phagostimulant in the substitution group,A total of 360 adult Yellow Catfish with an initial weight of(56.0±0.2)g were randomly divided into 3 groups(4 for each treatment,30 for each replicate).The trial lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that there was no significant effect on survival rate,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,protein efficiency ratio,feed efficiency,body composition and physical indices between replacement groups and control group ( P >0.05).Therefore,it is feasible to replace part of the red fish meal with soybean protein concentrate in the feed of adult Yellow Catfish under the experimental condition.
