摘要
研究了2种活菌饲料对金鲫幼鱼肠道及水体菌群结构的影响,并分析了饲料、水体及肠道菌群进化关系。选取270尾规格整齐、体质健壮,平均体质量(8.49±0.26)g的金鲫幼鱼,利用嗜酸乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌制备2种活菌饲料,以基础饲料为对照组A,基础饲料添加复合菌液为试验组B,复合菌液发酵基础饲料为试验组C,于室内循环水养殖系统中进行饲养试验。8周的饲养表明,与A组相比,摄食B组饲料的鱼,质量增加率显著提高5.15%(P<0.05);摄食C组饲料的鱼,质量增加率显著降低3.44%(P<0.05);养殖末期试验组水体中多核杆菌属、微小杆菌属等相对丰度明显增加(P<0.05),黄杆菌属等相对丰度明显降低(P<0.05),B组水体菌群物种丰度降低,多样性无明显变化,C组水体菌群物种丰度和多样性均明显降低;养殖末期B组试验鱼肠道菌群中气单胞菌属相对丰度明显降低(P<0.05),微小杆菌属、柠檬酸杆菌属等相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05),菌群多样性变高,物种丰度无明显变化;C组试验鱼肠道菌群中不动杆菌属、假单胞菌属等几乎消失,气单胞菌属、微小杆菌属、柠檬酸杆菌属等占绝对优势地位,菌群结构趋于简化。
A feeding trial was conducted to study effect of two dietary viable bacteria on water and intestinal flora structure of juvenile red crucian carp Carassius auratus,and evolution of diets,water and intestinal flora was analyzed.Two hundred and seventy red crucian carp juveniles with body weight of(8.49±0.26)g were fed basal feed(as control group,A),basal feed containing liquid viable bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus subtilis(group B)and basal feed containing the fermented bacteria liquid(group C)in an indoor circulating water aquaculture system for 8 weeks.There was 5.15% higher weight gain rate in the fish in group B than in the fish in group A(P〈0.05),while there was 3.44% lower weight gain rate in the fish in group C than in the fish in group A(P〈0.05).The relative abundance of Polynucleobacter and Exiguobacterium was shown to be significant increase in the tested water(P〈0.05),while relative abundance of Flavobacterium was found to be significantly decreased(P〈0.05),with lower flora abundance in group B,flora abundance and diversity in Group C,without significant change.In the later test,significant reduction in relative abundance of Aeromonas in intestinal flora was observed in group B(P〈0.05),while significant increase in relative abundance of Exiguobacteriumand Citrobacter was found in group B(P〈0.05)with higher flora diversity,and without change in species abundance.Almost no Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter were found,and Aeromonas,Exiguobacteriumand Citrobacter became dominant species in intestinal flora of the fish in group C,showing a tendency to simplify flora structure.
