摘要
文章以麦当劳跨国公司为例,首先,简述了跨国公司进入中国时实施人才本土化战略的重要性,并且对于实施人才本土化的原因,从降低雇员成本、提升企业形象、更加有效地制定经营战略等方面进行了简要分析。接着简述了麦当劳人才本土化战略的实施,还有一些完善人才本土化的建议。最后进行总结,希望从对麦当劳的中国人才本土化的研究分析中学习海外跨国公司的管理特色和秘诀。
Taking McDonald’s multinational corporation as an example,this paper briefly describes the importance of implementing the talent localization strategy when the multinational corporation enters China.And for the implementation of talent localization reasons,from the reduction of employee costs,improve the corporate image,more effective formulation of business strategy and other aspects of a brief analysis.Then briefly describes the implementation of McDonald’s talent localization strategy,and some suggestions to improve the talent localization.In the end,I hope to learn the management characteristics and secrets of overseas multinational companies from the research and analysis of the localization of Chinese talents of McDonald’s.
