一株食源性沙门氏菌的MLST分型 被引量:2

摘要 对一株无法进行血清分型的食源性沙门氏菌进行多位点序列分型(MLST分型)。PCR扩增沙门氏菌7对保守基因(aroC、dnaN、hemD、hisD、purE、sucA和thrA),PCR产物测序,序列提交MLST数据库进行比对分析,获取ST型。该菌序列型为ST236,相对应的血清型为阿雷查瓦莱塔(Arechavaleta)。相较于血清分型,MLST对不常见沙门氏菌的分型能力更好。 Multi locus sequence type analysis(MLST)was carried out to identify a food-borne Salmonella strain which was not determined by serotyping.Primer pairs were used to amplify the DNA for the presence of 7 housekeeping genes(aroC,dnaN,hemD,hisD,purE,sucA and thrA).All PCR products obtained above were purified and submitted for sequencing.The nucleotide sequences were then aligned against MLST database,and assigned ST numbers.ST236 was detected and the closest match of serotype was Arechavaleta.Compared with serotyping,MLST showed better discriminatory ability for typing uncommon Salmonella strains.
