中职语文教育中“工匠精神”及其文化元素的融合运用探索 被引量:3

摘要 “工匠精神”是现今社会各行业倡导的重要精神理念。中等职业学校也强调工匠精神是中职学生必备的职业素养之一,学校越来越重视培养具有良好职业素养的综合型技能人才,着力为社会提供合格的人力资源。中职学校在培育学生的工匠精神方面,不应仅限于实操和实训的技能型课程,还要将它融入到文化课程的学习中。中职学校的语文教育教学也担负着培育中职学生工匠精神的重要使命,教师要挖掘语文教材中相关的工匠文化元素并运用到实际教学中;同时要讲好中国工匠故事,通过民间广为流传的工匠故事,以及民间技艺传承人精神品质等文化元素,帮助学生更好地认识和理解工匠精神,在学习中塑造学生的工匠精神。 “The spirit of workmanship”is an important spiritual concept advocated by today’s various social sectors.Secondary vocational schools also emphasize that the spirit of workmanship is one of the necessary professional qualities of secondary vocational school students.The schools pay more and more attention to the cultivation of comprehensive skilled talents with good professional qualities,and strive to provide qualified human resources for the society.In the aspect of cultivating the students’spirit of workmanship,secondary vocational schools should not only be limited to the courses of practical operation and training,but also be integrated into the study of the cultural courses.Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools also bears the important mission of cultivating the spirit of workmanship of secondary vocational students.Teachers should excavate the relevant elements of craftsman culture in Chinese teaching materials and put them into practical teaching.At the same time,it is necessary to tell the stories of Chinese craftsmen well,and help students better recognize and understand the spirit of workmanship through the stories of craftsmen widely spread among the people and cultural elements such as the spirit and quality of the inheritors of folk skills,so as to shape the spirit of workmanship in learning.
