摘要
目的分析BiPAP无创呼吸机在治疗重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)合并慢性呼吸衰竭(Chronic respiratory failure,CRF)患者中的应用方法及效果。方法选取2016年10月—2018年11月期间石河子大学第一附属医院收治的70例重度COPD合并CRF患者作为研究对象,分为研究组(35例)和对照组(35例),针对两组患者治疗前后的血气指标和治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前的血气指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组和对照组治疗后的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、经皮血氧饱和度(SpO2)和动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)均明显高于治疗前,动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组的PaO2、SpO2和SaO2均明显高于对照组,PaCO2明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组经治疗后的总有效率达到了82.86%,与对照组的60.00%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BiPAP无创呼吸机可以有效应用于重度COPD合并CRF患者的临床治疗中,不仅可以改善患者的血气指标,同时也有利于促进临床治疗效果的显著提升,宜广泛应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of BiPAP noninvasive ventilator on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).combined with chronic respiratory failure.Methods 70 patients with severe COPD combined with CRF from March,2016 to November,2018 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group(n=35)and control group(n=35).Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood gas parameters before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),but the arterial blood oxygen tension(PaO2),percutaneous oxygen saturation(Sp O2),and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)were significantly higher in the study and control groups than before treatment.Arterial PaCO2 was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and PaO2,SpO2,and SaO2 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,PaCO2 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency reached 82.86%.Compared with 60.00%of the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion BiPAP noninvasive ventilator can be applied to the clinical treatment of patients with severe COPD and CRF.It can not only improve the blood gas index of patients,but also promote the significant improvement of clinical treatment effect,so it should be widely applied and promoted.
