摘要
目的探讨应用Bi PAP无创呼吸机联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗COPD患者合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的方法和疗效。方法 2011年10月至2012年5月在我院住院治疗的62例COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,随机分成两组,观察组(使用Bi PAP无创呼吸机联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗),对照组(常规药物治疗),两组常规药物治疗相同,治疗组行无创通气和呼吸兴奋剂联合治疗,监测两组患者治疗前后,心率,呼吸频率,血气分析。结果COPD合并Ⅱ型呼衰患者应用Bi PAP无创呼吸机和呼吸兴奋剂联合治疗后各项指标改善明显,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),结论应用Bi PAP无创呼吸机和呼吸兴奋剂联合治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼衰患者疗效肯定,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of BiPAP non-invasive ventilation combined with re-spiratory stimulant in the treatment of COPD patients complicated with type-Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods 62 COPD patients complicated with type-Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group （BiPAP noninvasive ventilation combined with respiratory stimulant treatment）and the control group （routine treatment）.Their heart rate,respiratory rate and blood gas analysis were monitored.Results The improvement of heart rate,respiratory rate and blood gas analysis was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion The application of BiPAP non-invasive ventilation combined with respiratory stimu-lant is effective in the treatment of COPD patients complicated with type-Ⅱ respiratory failure.
