摘要 我国自2004年引进双块式无咋轨道,其施工技术经过消化吸收再创新,从最初的成套引进国外施工设备的“水土不服”,到采用简易工具轨法施工,一直发展到现今轨排框架法施工,其建造技术一直未得到较大的发展。由于工装机械化作业水平和智能控制程度低,在作业过程中存在较大的人工因素影响,导致质量控制过程中关键参数不易控制、精度偶然误差难以消除等质量隐患存在,双块式无咋轨道工装亟需从机械化、智能化方面进行升级换代。郑万高铁重庆段无祚轨道施工采用机械化双块式无碓轨道施工成套装备,体现了智能机械化的无咋轨道作业,提高了无咋轨道施工精度,实现了“以工装保工艺、以工艺保质量”的目标,达到高标准建造无咋轨道要求。 Since the introduction of double block ballastless track in 2004,its construction technology has been digested and absorbed and then innovated.From the original complete set of imported foreign construction equipment,to the simple tool rail method construction,it has been developed to the track panel frame method construction,and its technology has not been greatly developed.Due to the low level and intelligent control level of tooling mechanization,there are great artificial factors in the process of operation,leading to the key parameters in quality control process are not easy to control,the accuracy of accidental error is difficult to eliminate and other quality risks.Based on the existing problems,the double block ballastless track tooling needs to be upgraded from the aspects of mechanization and intelligence.With the construction of ballastless track in Chongqing section of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway as an example,a complete set of mechanized double block ballastless track construction equipment is adopted,which reflects the intelligent and mechanized ballastless track operation,improves the constixiction accuracy of ballastless track,realizes the goal of "nsuring technology with tooling and ensuring quality with technology",and achieves the requirements of high standard construction of ballastless track.
