摘要 以变电质量评价和变电辅助决策的智能化应用系统设计与实现为研究目的,本着提升评价质量和简化应用环境的设计思想,提出通过当前变电数据和历史变电数据进行综合性的数据分析,建立变电评价指标体系。采用K-Means聚类算法对变电数据样本进行聚类,再采用熵值法计算权重划分评价等级和质量分数,综合计算出电网运行的质量,并且明确优化变电的目标,运用软件技术构建辅助决策系统,经过试验测试实现了电网运行的变电智能评价,通过可视化图形的方式辅助决策,经实际应用满足了智能电网变电运行质量提升的需求。 Taking the design and realization of intelligent application system for substation quality evaluation and substation auxiliary decision-making as the research purpose,based on the design idea of improving the quality of evaluation and simplifying the application environment,it is proposed to set up evaluation index system of integrating current substation data and historical substation data,clustering of substation data samples using K-Means clustering algorithm,and then using entropy method to calculate the weight to divide the evaluation grade and quality score.The goal of optimizing the substation,auxiliary decision system is built by using the software technology,Through experiments and tests,the power transformation intelligent evaluation of power grid operation is realized,and the decision is assisted by visual graphics,which meets the demand of improving the power transformation operation quality of smart grid through practical application.
