摘要
水电厂正在逐步从计划检修向状态检修过渡,如何实现维修人员、专家和计算机之间的协调是非常重要的。本文总结分布式智能技术发展提出了Community Intelligence(CI)的概念,并基于CI的元模型设计了水电厂状态检修决策支持系统,探讨了实现分布式协同诊断、维护、决策的原理和方法,详细介绍了系统的框架和功能以及软硬件实现方法。该系统已经在葛洲坝电厂投入运行,结果良好。
The maintenance strategy in hydropower plants is progressively changed from time-based maintenance (TBM) to condition-based maintenance (CBM). It is very important how to achieve the harmony among the operators, experts and the computer. The conception of community intelligence is introduced based on analysis conclusion of development of DAI technology. The maintenance decision support system based on community intelligence for hydropower plants is presented in this paper. The principle and the method of distributed cooperative diagnosis decision making are discussed. The framework and function of this system are particularly introduced, the implementation methods of hardware and software are proposed. The system has been already put into operation of Gezhouba hydropower plant. The result is shown to be well.
