摘要
为了减少停机时间和降低维修费用,水电厂正在逐步从计划检修向状态检修过渡,如何实现维修人员、专家和计算机之间的协调是非常重要的。本文总结分布式智能技术的发展提出了Comm un ity In te lligence(C I)的概念,并基于C I的思想设计了面向水电厂维护的分布式协同决策支持系统,探讨了采用计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW)、C I-A gen t与虚拟现实技术实现分布式协同诊断决策的原理和方法,介绍了系统的目标、框架和功能,以及软硬件实现方法。该系统已经在葛洲坝电厂投入运行,结果良好。
In order to reduce the equipment downtime and the maintenance cost ,the maintenance strategy in hydropower plants has to be progressively changed from time-based maintenance (TBM) to condition-based maintenance (CBM). It is very important to study how to achieve the coordination among the operator, expert and the computer. And the conception of community intelligence is introduced on a basis of analysis of DAI technology development. So community intelligence based cooperative decision supported maintenance system (CICDSS) for hydropower plants is presented. The principle and method of distributed cooperative diagnosis decision making are discussed, which adopt three technologies, namely, computer supported cooperative work (CSCW), CI Agent and virtual reality (VR). The aim,framework and function of this system are particularly introduced, and the implementation methods of hardware and software are proposed. The CICDSS has been already put into operation in Gezhouba hydropower plant and worked well.
