摘要
转"增量开发"为"存量开发"这一发展理念的提出,使得老旧街区在开发建设与肌理延续之间谋得平衡点。既有建筑作为老旧街区的主体之一,是街区再生重构的主要对象。为提高老旧街区既有建筑重构质量,避免资源"二次浪费",本文从存量开发视角,针对老旧街区中既有建筑改造的影响因素进行研究,采用PCA构建分析模型,并根据分析结果提出了主要影响因素的应对策略,以期为老旧街区既有建筑改造提供借鉴参考。
Replacing the development concept of"stock development"with"incremental development"makes the old block have a balance between development and construction and texture continuity.As one of the main parts of the old block,the existing building is the main object of the regeneration and reconstruction of the block.In order to improve the reconstruction quality of the existing buildings in the old block and avoid the"second waste"of resources,based on the perspective of stock development,this paper studies the influencing factors of the regeneration of the existing buildings in the old block,uses PCA to build the analysis model,and then according to the analysis results,puts forward the countermeasures of the main influencing factors,in order to provide a reference for the regeneration and reconstruction of the existing buildings in the old block.
