摘要
目的探究冲击波作用于相关腧穴及痛点局部治疗慢性跖筋膜炎患者的临床效果。方法选取60例慢性跖筋膜炎患者并随机分为对照组和联合组各30例,其中对照组给予足底痛点局部冲击波治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上辨证取穴并对所选腧穴进行冲击波治疗干预,主要选取足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经腧穴,4次为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和踝与后足功能评分(AOFAS)的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后VAS和AOFAS评分均较本组治疗前明显改善,但均以联合组患者改善较为显著(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;联合组和对照组治疗后总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论在局部痛点治疗的基础上对相关腧穴进行冲击波治疗,此方案临床疗效较好,同时具有操作便捷的优势,对于肝肾亏虚型慢性跖筋膜炎患者尤为适宜。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of shock waves acting on related acupoints and pain points in local treatment of patients with chronic plantar fasciitis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic plantar fasciitis in outpatient clinics were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the combination group with 30 cases each.The control group was given local shock wave therapy for plantar pain points,and the combination group was based on the control group.The shock wave treatment intervention was performed on selected points,mainly selecting the foot Jueyin Liver Meridian,Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian,4 times a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment,and observe the visual analogue scores(VAS),and changes in the ankle hindfoot scale(AOFAS) of the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the VAS and AOFAS scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before the treatment,but the improvement was more significant in the combination group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the combined group and the control group had a total improvement after treatment.The effective rates were96.55% and 89.29% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.031).Conclusion Based on the treatment of local pain points,shock wave therapy is performed on related points.This program has good clinical efficacy and convenient operation.It is particularly suitable for outpatients with chronic plantar fasciitis due to liver and kidney deficiency.
