摘要
目的:探讨海桐皮汤熏蒸结合按摩应用于踝关节骨折术后的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年6月在樟树市中医医院骨科接受手术治疗的80例踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象,按信封法随机分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=60)。对照组在术后接受常规功能康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受海桐皮汤熏蒸与按摩。对两组临床治疗效果、踝关节活动度、踝关节功能[美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]及术后并发症发生率进行分析对比。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(92.50%)与对照组(75.00%)相比明显更高(P<0.05);观察组手术后踝关节跖屈、背伸、内翻、外翻活动度与对照组相比明显更大(P<0.05);观察组手术后AOFAS评分与对照组相比明显更高,VAS评分与对照组相比明显更低(P<0.05);观察组手术后GQOLI-74评分与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组相比明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:踝关节骨折患者术后开展海桐皮汤熏蒸和按摩,不仅能改善患者的疼痛程度,促使其踝关节功能恢复,还能提升患者的生活质量,减少并发症的发生,治疗效果十分显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Haitongpi Decoction fumigation and steaming combined with massage applied after ankle joint fracture surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with ankle joint fracture who received surgical treatment in the Orthopedics Department of Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhangshu from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to envelope method.The control group received routine functional rehabilitation treatment after surgery,and the observation group received Haitongpi Decoction fumigation and steaming combined with massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,ankle joint range of motion,ankle joint function[American college of foot and ankle surgeons(AOFAS)ankle-hind foot score],pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],quality of life[generic quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)]and postoperative complication incidence between two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that of control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The range of motion of ankle flexion,dorsiflexion,varus and valgus after surgery in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the AOFAS score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Haitongpi Decoction fumigation and steaming combined with massage after surgery for ankle joint fracture patients can not only improve the pain degree of patients,promote the recovery of ankle joint function,but also improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications,and the t
