摘要
目的探讨活血止痛散熏洗对跟骨骨折术后患者康复效果的影响.方法选取2017年1月—2021年1月我院收治的58例跟骨骨折术后患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各29例.两组均采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,对照组采用术后常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用活血止痛散熏洗治疗,均随访至术后3个月.对比两组康复情况、并发症发生率以及足部功能.结果观察组骨折愈合时间(76.33±3.50)d、疼痛消失时间(20.50±4.37)d、肿胀消失时间(18.01±4.33)d均短于对照组的(85.58±4.17)d、(28.74±5.20)d、(27.57±5.12)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为3.45%,低于对照组的27.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3个月,观察组Maryland足部功能评分系统中的疼痛评分(35.42±3.11)分、运动功能评分(11.75±1.10)分、外观状态评分(7.80±1.11)分、足部功能评分(46.90±3.22)分均高于对照组的(27.91±4.43)分、(9.32±1.47)分、(6.07±1.45)分、(40.04±3.28)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论活血止痛散熏洗能加快跟骨骨折术后患者骨折愈合,促进肿痛消失,降低并发症发生风险,改善足部功能.
Objective To investigate the effect of fumigation and washing with Huoxue Zhitong Powder on the rehabilitation effect of patients with calcaneal fracture after operation.Methods 58 patients with calcaneal fracture after operation treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 29 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plates.The control group was given routine intervention after operation,and the observation group was given Huoxue Zhitong Powder fumigation and washing treatment on the basis of the control group,both groups were followed up to 3 months after surgery.The rehabilitation conditions,complication rates and foot function were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time,pain disappearance time and swelling disappearance time in the observation group were(76.33±3.50)d,(20.50±4.37)d,(18.01±4.33)d,respectively,which were shorter than(85.58±4.17)d,(28.74±5.20)d,(27.57±5.12)d in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.45%,which was lower than 27.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after operation,the pain score,motor function score,appearance state score and foot function score in the observation group were(35.42±3.11)points,(11.75±1.10)points,(7.80±1.11)points and(46.90±3.22)points,respectively,which were higher than(27.91±4.43)points,(9.32±1.47)points,(6.07±1.45)points,and(40.04±3.28)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong Powder fumigation and washing can speed up the fracture healing of patients with calcaneal fracture after operation,promote the disappearance of swelling and pain,reduce the risk of comp
