摘要
目的:探讨血液红细胞参数水平检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:选取50例贫血患者作为观察组,同时选取50例健康者作为对照组。两组均予以血液红细胞参数水平检验,比较两组及不同类型贫血患者的红细胞参数水平。结果:观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞数量(RBC)、红细胞分布密度(RDW)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)水平均低于对照组,红细胞分布密度(RDW)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。缺铁性贫血患者的Hb、RBC水平高于溶血性贫血患者,MCV、MCH、RDW水平低于溶血性贫血患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贫血患者的MCV、RBC、MCH水平均低于健康者,RDW水平高于健康者,不同类型贫血患者血液红细胞参数水平存在差异,血液红细胞参数水平检验可为贫血鉴别诊断提供依据。
Objective:To explore value of blood red blood cell parameter level test in differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods:50 patients with anemia were set as the observation group.At the same time,50 healthy people were selected as the control group.The blood red blood cell parameter levels of the two groups were tested.Moreover,the blood red blood cell parameter levels of the patients with different types of anemia were compared.Results:The Hb,MCV,RBC,RDW and MCH levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Hb and RBC in the patients with iron deficiency anemia were higher than those in the patients with hemolytic anemia,and the levels of MCV,MCH and RDW were lower than those in patients with hemolytic anemia,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of MCV,RBC,RDW,and MCH of the anemia patients are lower than those of healthy individuals.Further,there were differences in the blood red blood cell parameter levels among the patients with different types of anemia.Therefore,the blood red blood cell parameter level test can provide a basis for the differential diagnosis of anemia.
