摘要
目的探究血液检验红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的价值。方法选取本院2017年6月至2018年6月收治的46例地中海贫血患者并将其纳入地中海贫血组,并选取同期收治的46例缺铁性贫血患者将其纳入缺铁性贫血组,同时选取同期到本院进行体检的健康体检者46名作为本研究的对照组。所有纳入研究对象均接受血液检查;对比观察受检者各项红细胞参数水平(Hb、RBC、MCH、MCV、RDW与RBC/MCV),并统计血液检验对贫血的检出率。结果地中海贫血组与缺铁性贫血组的Hb、MCH及MVC水平均低于对照组,地中海贫血组的Hb、RBC、MCH水平及RBC/MVA均高于缺铁性贫血组,而缺铁性贫血组的MCV及RDW水平高于地中海贫血组(P<0.05)。地中海贫血组与缺铁性贫血组检验红细胞参数后的检出率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论血液检验红细胞参数在贫血患者的鉴别诊断中,不仅能够有效诊断贫血,同时通过不同类型贫血患者部分红细胞参数的差异,为贫血类型的鉴别诊断提供重要的参考依据,从而为临床治疗提供有效指导,对促进患者康复具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the value of erythrocyte parameters of blood test in differential diagnosis of anemia. Methods A total of 46 patients with thalassemia admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and included in thalassemia group, and 46 patients with iron deficiency anemia admitted at the same time were included in iron deficiency anemia group. At the same time, 46 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as control group of this study. All the objects inclued in the study were examined by blood test. The levels of erythrocyte parameters (Hb, RBC, MCH, MCV, RDW and RBC/MCV) of examiners were compared and observed, and the detection rate of blood test in anemia was counted. Results The levels of Hb, MCH and MVC in the thalassemia group and the iron deficiency anemia group were lower than those in the control group, the levels of Hb, RBC, MCH and RBC/MVA in the thalassemia group were higher than those in the iron deficiency anemia group, while the level of MVC and RDW in the iron deficiency anemia group was higher than that in the thalassemia group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate of the thalassemia group and iron deficiency anemia group after erythrocyte parameters detection (P>0.05). Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of anemia patients, blood test red blood cell parameters can not only effectively diagnose anemia, but also provide important reference basis for differential diagnosis of anemia types through the difference of some red blood cell parameters between different types of anemia patients, so as to provide effective guidance for clinical treatment and promote the rehabilitation of patients with great significance.
