摘要
目的:分析自动血液分析仪鉴别诊断贫血中血液检验红细胞参数对准确率的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治的130例贫血患者为观察对象,根据贫血类型分为A组(缺铁性贫血)与B组(地中海贫血)各65例,同时选取本院同时期行常规体检的65例健康者,设为C组;三组均空腹采血,应用自动血液分析仪进行血液检验,对比各组红细胞参数的检验结果。结果:A组与C组的红细胞参数检验结果对比,P<0.05;B组与C组的红细胞参数检验结果对比,P<0.05;A组与C组的红细胞参数检验结果对比,P<0.05。结论:自动血液分析仪在血液检验鉴别诊断贫血中具有一定的应用价值,对红细胞参数检验结果的准确率高。
Objective:To analyze the influence of the parameters of red blood cells in the differential diagnosis of anemia by automatic blood analyzer.Methods:130 patients with anemia in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into group A(iron deficiency anemia)and group B(thalassemia)according to the type of anemia,and 65 healthy persons who had routine physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as group C;all three groups were fasting for blood sampling,the automatic blood analyzer should be used for blood test,and the test results of red blood cell parameters in each group were compared.Results:The results of RBC parameters test in group A and C were compared,P<0.05;those in group B and C were compared,P<0.05;those in group A and C were compared,P<0.05.Conclusion:The automatic blood analyzer has a certain application value in the differential diagnosis of anemia by blood test.It has a high accuracy rate for the test results of red blood cell parameters.
