摘要
目的分析微柱凝胶技术在新生儿溶血病检测过程中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1~12月龙岩人民医院收治的1766例疑似新生儿溶血病患儿作为研究对象,对确诊的病例采用微柱凝胶技术法和传统试管检测法进行血液检验,比较分析两种方法的检测性能。结果1766例疑似新生儿溶血患儿中有329例确诊,微柱凝胶技术法在抗体游离、抗体放散及直接抗人球蛋白的阳性检出率分别为91.19%、94.83%、95.44%,均高于传统试管检测法的77.81%、85.41%、83.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微柱凝胶技术可以有效提升新生儿溶血病的检出率,因此微柱凝胶技术值得在新生儿溶血病检测中进行推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of micro-column gel technique in detecting hemolytic disease of newborn(HDN).Methods A total of 1766 children with suspected HDN admitted to Longyan People Hospital From January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.Micro-column gel technique and routine tube detection method were used for blood test of confirmed cases,and the detection performances of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results Among 1766 children with suspected HDN,329 were confirmed.The positive detection rates of antibody dissociation,antibody diffusion and direct anti-human globulin by micro-column gel technique were 91.19%,94.83%and 95.44%respectively,all of which were higher than 77.81%,85.41%and 83.59%by routine tube detection method,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Microcolumn gel technique can effectively improve the detection rate of HDN,so it is worth promoting and applying in HDN detection.
