摘要
在轧钢厂棒材轧制过程中,辊道装置以及主传动装置是热轧钢机组中两个重要组成部分。而在实际的生产环节中,这两种机械设备经常出现故障问题,严重影响了正常的生产作业。基于此,针对辊道装置设备故障以及主传动装置故障进行合理的判断和处理,旨在进一步提高轧钢厂棒材轧制质量和效率,提高企业生产效益。
In the process of bar rolling in rolling mill,roller table device and main drive device are two important parts of hot rolling mill.But in the actual production link,these two kinds of mechanical equipment often have fault problems,which seriously affect the normal production operation.Therefore,this paper mainly makes reasonable judgment and treatment for the equipment failure of roller table device and main transmission device,aiming to further improve the quality and efficiency of bar rolling in rolling mill,and improve the production efficiency of enterprises.
