摘要
主要对轧钢产线重点设备,如加热炉风机、主电机、齿轮箱等测点选择、监测方法进行探讨,并根据状态监测技术对常见故障进行相应的诊断与分析。
Monitoring position and methods of were discussed for key equipment of steel rolling production line such as heating furnace fan, main motor and gear box were discussed in this paper. According to the condition monitoring technology, common fault diagnosis and analysis were drawn accordingly.
