精益生产管理作为最适用于现代制造企业的一种生产组织方式,已延伸至企业的各项生产管理中。它的主要思想就是利用最小的资源实现企业生产效益的最大化。引入并实施精益生产管理将会给企业制造部门带来巨大的收益。它能减少和消除生产过程中的各种浪费,缩短生产周期,降低库存,提高生产效率,压缩生产成本,增强企业竞争力。
Lean production management,as a production organization method most suitable for modern manufacturing enterprises,has been extended to various production management of enterprises.Its main idea is to use the smallest resources to maximize the production efficiency of the enterprise.The introduction and implementation of lean production management will bring huge benefits to the manufacturing department of the enterprise.It can reduce and eliminate various wastes in the production process,shorten the production cycle,reduce inventory&production costs,and improve production efficiency&corporate competitiveness.
