杨房沟水电站拱坝坝基地质缺陷处理设计与研究

摘要 杨房沟水电站混凝土双曲拱坝最大坝高155 m,左岸坝基发育断层f27及蚀变带,右岸坝基发育断层f542、f562及蚀变带,断层及蚀变带强度较低。为提高杨房沟拱坝坝基的整体性和均一性,增强基础的承载力、减少坝基变形,采取槽挖并回填钢筋混凝土、布置基础钢筋网、加强加密固结灌浆、浅层引管有盖重固结灌浆、加强加密帷幕灌浆并调整坝基排水、增设应力变形及渗压渗流监测等相结合的综合处理方案,并通过拱梁分载法、三维非线性有限元法对坝基地质缺陷加固处理效果进行了计算分析研究。 The maximum height of the concrete double-curvature arch dam of Yangfanggou hydropower station is 155 meters.Fault f27 and alteration zone are developed on the left bank of dam foundation,and faults f542,f562 and alteration zones are developed on the right bank of dam foundation.The strength of faults and alteration zones is low.In order to enhance the integrity and uniformity of the dam foundation,increase its bearing capacity and reduce its deformation,a comprehensive treatment plan is adopted,which is a combination of backfill reinforced concrete after trench excavation,placement of foundation reinforcing mesh,strengthened and denser consolidation grouting,consolidation grouting with cover weight through shallow approach pipe,strengthened and denser curtain grouting,adjustment of dam foundation drainage,addition of stress deformation and seepage monitoring,and et al.By use of archcantilever method and 3D nonlinear finite element method,the reinforcement effect for the geological de⁃fects in dam foundation is calculated and analyzed.
